Our Wellness Wonder Team wants you to become your best. Our goal is to exceed your expectations every step of the way. At Solutions Fitness & Med Spa we want our clients to look good and feel great! We offer unique fitness classes. All of our classes are different- and each session is different - so you have lots of variety! Our classes include: Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Bike, Barbells, Bootcamp, Ballroom Dancing, Kick Boxing, and Zumba. We understand that each of us are individuals, and so we offer personal coaching and individualized weight loss options for those that need more specific guidance. Our Med Spa services include aesthetic procedures such as: Cosmetic Injectables, Microdermabrasion, Micro-Needling, and Chemical Facial Peels. Our medical experts can also help you with your sexual health including erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, low libido, female hormone replacement therapy and menopause.
