🪷 Ganesh Chaturthi
Today, we welcome Ganesh Chaturthi, a Hindu festival honoring Ganesha, the remover of obstacles and a symbol of wisdom, new beginnings, and auspiciousness.
In yoga, we often return to the question: What are we ready to move through, release, or begin again?
Ganesh Chaturthi offers a beautiful moment to pause and consider those thresholds in our own lives. To clear what no longer serves us. To make space. To begin with intention.
The festival traditionally continues for up to ten days, culminating in Visarjan on Friday, September 25, when Ganesha is immersed in water, a reminder of impermanence and the cyclical nature of creation, celebration, and release.
May this season invite us to meet obstacles with wisdom, beginnings with courage, and endings with grace.
Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. 🙏
