The goal of today is to move lighter weights as fast as possible with good form for every rep.
Use light weights, especially for the trap bar jumps, focus being as explosive as possible.
Forcing doors, venting a window (or a roof when the saw fails) breaching walls…
These tasks require us to produce the max amount of force as quick as possible.
