A save isn’t a save until you clear the ball successfully!

During Lacrosse Goalie Summit 18, Shea Dolce shared this mental framework to emphasize the importance of clearing.

She’s been telling herself that for six years. It’s her own little stat book in her head: — did I make the save? ✅ Check. Did I clear it? ✅ Check.

This season with BC she had the least amount of turnovers in her career.

Her checklist 👇
→ Be decisive
→ See the field
→ Control the tempo
→ Move your feet
→ Trust your unit
