We are a family of friends, co-workers, Team USA members, locals, and athlet

es looking to strengthen the team and ourselves through paddling, training, and fun! Over the years, our team has raced in Montreal, San Francisco, Hartford (CT), Pawtucket (RI), Baltimore, Philadelphia, Ithaca, Poughkeepsie, Flushing (NY), Washington D.C., and Princeton (NJ), among others. Regular on-water practices are on Thursdays and Saturdays, running from April - October. Thursdays: 6:00pm - 8pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 11am
(some Sundays: 9:30am - 11:30am)

Email us at: [email protected] if interested in coming to a practice. Many of our teammates also do other activities, like: OC-1 outrigger, snowboarding, Tough Mudder/Mud Runs, marathons, paintball, volleyball, CrossFit/BootCamp.
