It's the last week of our FNL challenges and this one is going to test your grip strength!

For every minute you hold the dumbbells, you get a point for your team! A lot of people did the mile run challenge (today is the last day!) so let's see how many extra points can be racked up this week!

Reminder for FNL 26.2 scores, all scores need to be in by 8pm tomorrow for them to count for your team!

While team announcements are coming tomorrow, we have our first weekly challenge announcement that can win YOUR team points all week long!

Starting 2026 with our largest CYO Committed Club ever! 130 members came to 15 or more classes during the month of January. Nearly 200 members came to 12 or more classes! Congratulations to all of you!

Let's keep this trend going for the rest of the year!
