Created by Jillian Dreusike, a dancer and long time fitness enthusiast, allongée ® was originally intended to be a cross-training method to keep dancers in shape in their off-season. It has recently been re-vamped to cater to the fitness needs of

the non-dancer. Each class is a total body workout and is for sure the most efficient workout in Philadelphia! Classes are available in Old City, Fairmount, and No. Liberties!

👋 we just came here to flood your Friday feed with the most perfect newborns 😍
Congratulations to Meg & her hubby on their beautiful first baby daughter, Charlotte Miriam, AKA Charlie 😍.
Meg has been a client of ours for many years. She started with us in Philly and when her husband got his MD placement in NYC, she kept up with her allongée® practice using our on-demand video library. This was a pre-pandemic adjustment, and we even filmed a Vinyasa class on the water in Brooklyn together last July! 😍
Meg worked her b***y off through the pandemic and most of her pregnancy, even through the months where modifications were needed.
Meg, your hard work has certainly paid off and we are so proud of you! We are so excited to welcome your beautiful Charlie into this crazy world, and can’t wait to see you soon 😍

Happy to all the ladies that make up our community 😍 I made this mission statement in 2014 with the intention of creating a safe space for women to grow, a brand that would give women opportunities, and a workout that would make women stronger than ever before! Saturday’s are for Vinyasa 🧘‍♀️ Did you know that our program as a whole is centered around our signature CardioSculpting technique? We’re aiming to get those feel-good endorphins flowing, blood pumping, and sweat dripping! Our Saturday Vinyasa class is a spin on the traditional with weighted strength work, cardio intervals, and core work 💪 set to a fun and upbeat playlist, this class is an all-around favorite ❤️
