The University of Connecticut Dance Team can be seen 'wowing' crowds at the UConn Football home games, Men's and Women's home basketball games, and other athletic and non-athletic events throughout the year. The UConn Dance Team is also involved in student-led activities such as HuskyTHON, Homecoming, and other community fundraisers such as the Annual Dancers For Cancer Dance Showcase. Comprised o
f 14 or more full-time undergraduate students, the Dance Team performs hip hop, jazz, and pom style dances choreographed by the coach and captains. They also have the opportunity to work with some of the nation's leading choreographers in preparation for national competition.
