🇺🇸 We teach modern Olympic-style fencing, proudly supporting youth, teen, adult, and veteran athletes developing in foil, sabre, épée, pentathlon, and parafencing. Established in 1989, all Fencing Academy of Philadelphia instructors are certified by USA Fencing Coaches College and the US Fencing Coaches Association. Fencing Academy of Philadelphia has 3 full-time dedicated facilities in Philadelphia, Wyncote, Montgomery Co.; and Exton, Chester County; as well as a satellite program at the JCC in Wynnewood. We offer professional development training and mentorship for beginning, mid-career, and elite coaches. Under the supervision of founder Maestro Mark L. Masters, Maître d'Armes, FAOP has made four world champions out of its beginner program. We have produced NCAA champions; national finalists, and national team members in all 3 weapons; world champions in all three weapons in cadet, junior, senior, and veteran classes; and now, our first Olympic champion in foil!
