If you rarely go out to eat, feel free to treat yourself ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

If you go out to eat a lot, heโ€™s exactly what I would stick to consistently. NEVER hesitate to ask for a healthier swap either! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ

One last hack I use a lot when I see a menu item Iโ€™m not sure about: copy and paste it into ChatGPT for the breakdown on it.. I avoid the fried foods at all costs โœ…

First off, I do NOT recommend oats as a staple in the diet for fat loss and overall health ๐Ÿ‘€

Iโ€™ve worn a continuous glucose monitor multiple different times now and still nothing spiked my glucose levels higher than oats. Oats typically lead to bloating as well ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป

On top of that, glyphosate has been repeatedly detected in 95% of conventional oats ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

So if you REALLY enjoy your daily oats, the brand is important!
