Join us for Happy Hour this Friday, August 28th from 5:00–8:00 PM at J’aime Fitness for an evening of drinks, snacks, good company, and neighbors coming together!

Come hang out with fellow members, meet some new “classmates,” and spend some time with your favorite trainers without having to break a sweat!

Big news! Our gym expansion officially opens this Tuesday, July 21!

Our new gym space is designed exclusively for our personal training clients and unlimited class members, giving you the flexibility to come in and work out on your own schedule. After a lot of planning and hard work, it’s finally ready.

Only three spots left with guest instructor Aimee Koran teaching Barre tomorrow (5/10) at 10:00 am!

Aimee is a lifelong Fairmount resident, mother of two, artist, and long-distance runner. Her passion for fitness started as a child playing softball for FSA, then blossomed through long-distance running. As an experienced runner, including 10 marathons, Aimee is excited to transition her personal passion for building endurance and strength into a class setting. Certified in Barre Intensity, she is looking forward to helping others discover their own strength through intentional movement, leaving each class feeling empowered.

Aimee is already a regular in the J’aime Fitness community and can’t wait to bring her Barre experience to the group!

There are still a few spots left in Dance Cardio tomorrow with Robin @ 10:00 am!

Dance Cardio is an easy-to-follow dance choreography class mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) intervals. So join us to get your groove on, then do a few mountain climbers! All moves can be performed using low or high impact. Come have some fun and get your heart pumping!
