The fitness and diet industry is really good about telling us what foods to eat, what we must avoid and
how to exercise for our best results. Although, what I have found in my 15 years of personal training and fitness experience is that the latest fads of exercise and diet only place a band-Aid on the surface of the real problem. What most of us need is changes in our spirit man first; then our thoughts and emotions and lastly our bodies. My weight training experience goes back to the age of 15. Weight training transformed my skinny physique
and helped me gain the strength to have the opportunity to play basketball and football at the collegiate level. I took a love to exercise at an early age and have always enjoyed helping others exercise. Since my first certification as a trainer in 1999, I have had the privilege of training over 500 clients. I have trained as young as 10 and old as 90. My cliental has stretched from competitive bodybuilders, college and high school athletes, the elderly and clients with multiple health issues such as Parkinson disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and strength training after physical therapy
to everyday people who live normal, busy lives. I am skilled and have expertise in resistance training, cardio, nutrition an functional training such as crossfit. I use a varierty of all the current trends of exercise. I make it a point to use every resource and mode of training possible to help my clients achieve maximum results. I like to think of myself as a life coach to help clients in all areas of their lives. I train at Philadelphia Athletic Club and I also do home training.
