Never forget that this house was built off of the Kickboxing program only. We’re still small but we went from 5 classes a week of Kickboxing to offering a full combat sports schedule of over 30 weekly sessions. Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts.

4-1 amateur fighter, Art of War Lightweight Contender, will be showcasing his favorite taking the back / attacking the back systems.
