I couldn’t be more proud and pleased with and all her effort! Sis is getting faster. She’s getting stronger. She’s loving the journey and really on a mission! I told her I want some abs and a sculpted back while keeping the b***y sitting and as you can see 💪🏾😌 we are doing just that!

Whether you’re trying to lose weight, maintain weight, gain weight, make your ex jealous, s**t on the hating girlies, “tone up”, get summer ready, lose that baby weight, and more we got something for you! 😂😛

Can we just get into my online client on this Good Friday? We are only ONE MONTH IN AND SHES DOWN 23 POUNDS 😮‍💨! She’s currently all the way in the Cayman Islands and GETTING IT! Let’s get into the waist beads dropping! Let’s get into the waist shrinkage? Let’s get into her sleeping better! Let’s get into her getting STRONGER and STRONGER daily/weekly! As her trainer I couldn’t be more proud! She isn’t focused on the number but said she just wanted to invest in herself. She’s doing just that! I can’t wait to see the end of our journey together so stay tuned! We are about to turn it up next month! We have a new month with new goals and It’s time to turn it up! We aren’t concerned about another big drop but losing fat and getting stronger and leaning out throughout the rest of this journey. I’m excited and excited that she’s excited. Happy client means happy me!
