A little behind the scenes of what I’ve been up too! Yesterday was such a special day as I got to hang out with and the Good Day Philadelphia crew at Taqueria Amor’s Senor Grinch’s! I told Jenn all about opening up Spirit and Sweat so maybe one day she’ll join us!! She’s a power house with a huge heart. You can watch the full video on page! 💘

Next week’s schedule is now live and bringing out our new and highly anticipated strength and cardio sessions!!! Sleigh Bells Lift which is our Holiday fun session that is Arm & Abs focused. Camel Pump is a fusion of HiiT style with light weights for a sweaty hump day explosion of energy!!!

December 1st always holds some magic. The child within me feels that little twinge of excitement that the world is getting ready for Santa to make his trip around the world. The lights will start to glow up the night, and the Christmas tree smell of fresh pine is so near! I am working to plan this month’s meditation event! I am a huge Nutcracker fan so I expect it to have a lot of the ballet’s joyful classic suites involved! Cozy blankets, and the beautiful feeling of giving to your soul ❤️💚 💜Stay Tuned!

Happiest of Rainy Mondays!

Writing currently curled up on my couch catching up after a busy Holiday into Small Business Saturday! Yesterday I took a Cape May Christmas trip with my honey and my Mom. Got to see the ocean which always grounds me and reminds of all the power our Mother Earth has. The ocean is one of my favorite ways to decompress even when I can’t be right next to it. If you struggle to fall asleep imagine yourself right along the ocean. The salt breeze, the frothy white foam of the waves. With each wave that crashes into the shore let it pull back with it whatever is bringing you dis-ease and anxiety. Keep repeating this until your coastline is calm, and let that peace drift you into slumber! I’ve been practicing this since I was about ten years old. I spent a little time of my life living at the beach and it truly made me love the salt life.

No sessions this week as everyone takes time to make sure they are feeling healthy and I program our Holiday sessions! I am releasing the complete December Schedule this week, hopefully by Thursday!

Today was a special day to be apart of in Manayunk with The Little Apple and Taqueria Amor!! This year is my first as a Small Business Owner. Since June my Outdoor Sessions, Bootcamp Style and Meditation have given me so much happiness to have a growing community💜 Thank you for joining sessions and supporting Spirit and Sweat.

Eyes closed,
Feelin’ beautiful breaths.
Acknowledging how in
this very present moment,
I have my health,
and love in my heart.
I have family here on earth,
and a special soul in heaven.
I am following my dreams.
I have a journey,
I have adventure.
I have stories filled
with laughter to
match those
that make me hurt.
I shift focus back to the present.
I have community. I have a mission. I have ideas constantly filling my mind that make me explore my creativity.
The juices are flowing, my flowers are blooming, it’s spicy, it’s tantalizing to have so much gratitude for all my life is, and all that will become.

Wishing an early but filled with pumpkin pie extra whippped cream (alwaysss) goodness Thanksgiving to everyone!

A beautiful session this morning in the sunshine and now some special news💜

We are just a week away from Small Business Saturday. I honestly can’t believe it! When I started Spirit and Sweat it was basically a hundred ideas and dreams I have had that ultimately created a Wellness Community.

Community has been so important to me this past year and a half because it truly kept me strong during a very hard time of suddenly losing my Dad, my best friend, the whole meaning behind Spirit and Sweat.

I work at two small businesses,
for over 5 years
for just about 2.

These two businesses are so much more than the food or gifts that fill them. They are a home to me. They are people I look up too. Who have supported me in my own journey of becoming a business owner.

Sometimes the battle is just beginning..

New restrictions, seasonal depression, you name it. We all face and handle things in different ways, but I haven’t met a single soul who has just been able to roll with every single punch these last 8 months have come at us with. But I’m a fighter baby, and so are you. Wherever you may be keep fighting to stay present, to stay focused on your dreams, to staying healthy, and most importantly true to yourself.

Trying something new may be the best damn medicine you could ever have.
Meditation, breathing exercises,
crystal healing.
Outdoor group fitness. Getting a sweat on in the winter temperatures sure makes you know you can survive some tough, tough s**t.

Fight for the good. It’s there!

Welcome to Manayunk!

The town I was raised in. The hills I learned to walk on and grow strong because of. The community that I have found here and now have had a chance to expand that by focusing on Wellness within it. This town has my heart forever 💜

I’m talking about where our emotional state is and how we communicate that to others around us.

If you aren’t vibing with your own self lately and feel like you are a little Eeyore cloud of gloom, it’s time to figure out why.

Therapy can be found in a multitude of different ways. Movement is medicine. Meditation is a way to cure disease.
Dis-Ease my Dad would always say is anything that puts you out of yourself.
Let’s beat that. Let’s feel like our healthiest selves as we head into the Holidays. One way to start is making sure you are taking care of you. Each week I have 2 sessions that are great chances to get your body moving and also learn new meditation exercises that you can practice the rest of the week. Think about the vibe you want to be...let’s get there together and let all our own unique vibes become one big one 🎨

Yesterday was the most gorgeous fall day for Fallin’ for your Gypsy Soul
A Fleetwood Mac Meditation Session!

The sun was shining as our spirits shared a special space that aligned our chakras, and brought many different breathing and meditation exercises to our awaken our minds. The energy was divine.
During Landslide where we focused on mantras stating
Today I am happy.
Today I am capable.
Today I am worthy.
I felt all the emotions of how much it means to me personally to have a wellness community I have created. To be the owner of Spirit and Sweat.
