Awesome training this week with Dai-Shihan Diaz and Toronto Ninjitsu, I am still a little sore from getting thrown around but this is what we do!! "Live to fight, fight to live". Budo Taijitsu tell the day I die!!!

Getting in some knife work!!!!

Tuesday's call started up with Sanchin no Kata. Afterwards we transition into Takagi Yoshin Ryu exploring the Chuden Sabaki Gata.

1. Kata Mune Dori
2. Ryo Mune Dori
3. Oni Kudaki
4. Seoi Gakari
5. Variations with Ate Nage

We also, looked at the footwork of each technique.
And of course close the class out with some knife work.

Monday class was very in depth as we continue our path in the School of Shinden Fudo Ryu - Daken-Taijutsu and Ju-Taijutsu. We explored the sections.

1. Kihon Gata basic forms
-different postures and fist variations.

2. TEN NO KATA
-Nichigeki
-Gekkan
-Fubi
-Uryu
Unjaku
-Setsuyaku
-Musan
-Karai

3. Sabaki Gata.
