Finally sharpened this big Persian-inspired Hunter.
250” thick collaboration with Joel Green of .

Heat treated, sub-zero quenched, and tempered. Dry-fitting some scales to these Nitro-V kitchen knives.

Kiritsuke-style slicer with 6” cutting edge, chisel-ground.

Fitted up with G.L. Hansen’s cross-cut micarta, and matching DTK pin.

This knife will be for sale later this week.

W2 Persian style collab with Grit City Custom Knives’ Joel Green.

Green curly maple scales on copper liners, with copper flared tube rivet hardware.

Just some finishing to the blade and a final sharpening to go.
