Studies show that the reasons Adults won’t try a new workout program or a new exercise routine because of two things…
--- They are nervous of looking silly

Here’s what I’ll tell you… First, you certainly won’t be the only new person there that day. Plenty of people will be there for the first time and unsure of what they are doing at some point.
Secondly, when it comes to getting injured or awakening those past injuries, Mr. Stephan (who will be running the Turkey Burn that morning) is one of the best Action instructors of all time and he knows how to take you through a workout safely.

A study conducted at Harvard University showed that a person’s success is the average of the five people they spend the most time with. It turns out the saying, “Birds of a feather, flock together, really is true.”



Next week is Share the Martial Arts week. That means all week long your child can bring a friend to class with them.



Imagine if all of your child’s friends had the qualities of a martial artist. They were confident, respectful, disciplined and focused. Encourage a next door neighbor, friend from camp, someone in the neighborhood, to come and try class this week.
