Glove presentation 🥎 striving to keep the face of the mitt towards the pitcher 👊 until hitting the shoulder line. Once outside the shoulder line, shake the pitchers hand and turn the glove thumb up 👍 Has always put on a clinic and is great to learn from🙌

BLOCKS IN MOBILITY❌ If a hitter is struggling with clearing their hips, external rotation of the stride leg can allow for more ROM🧠 Slightly opening the stride foot allows the hips to feel free and fire🔥 Next time Coach yells “clear the hips” think of this 🙌

I got the opportunity yesterday to be a part of something really special, for a really special young adult! was one of the first softball players I worked with 1-1 out of college. We are excited to announce we are partnering up with .sports.factory to build the ONLY softball development program in their area! 🙌🥎

Part of our mission at is to help female athletes succeed, and aid in growth of female athletics as a whole. The Elite Sports Factory team believes in that same mission, which makes them the perfect group to collaborate with. ✅

The Softball Diamond Club Membership will run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, with a 45 minutes of softball instruction and 45 minutes of strength and conditioning. 🏋️‍♀️

Three key 🔑 drills I like to use to work on hand path! By using a progression routine of these three drills, I have found younger hitters learn barrel control at a faster rate. ATHLETES NEED TO HAVE PROGRESSION ROUTINES TO BECOME ELITE! The three drills are bottom hand pull, top hand snap and punch, and stuck in the mud. Ask questions, I will help!
