🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️ Choctaw Central High School Cross Country Shines at the East Mississippi Classic! 🏆

What a great day of racing for the Choctaw Central High School Cross Country teams at the East Mississippi Classic! Both teams competed with determination, teamwork, and championship-level effort.

🥇 GIRLS — 1st PLACE TEAM!
The Lady Warriors had an outstanding performance, led by Lacy Alex, who captured 1st place overall! The girls’ top five finishers were:

🥇 Lacy Alex — 1st Overall
🥈 Zayna Hudson — 2nd
🏅 Mylah Gibson — 4th
🏅 Shaylee Alex — 5th
🏅 Roslyn Bohannon — 11th

Their strong and consistent finishes earned the girls the 1st place team championship! 🎉🏆

🥉 BOYS — 3rd PLACE TEAM!
The boys also put together an impressive team performance, with five runners scoring for the Warriors:

🏅 Jraythan Dixon — 7th
🏅 Jaric Anderson — 8th
🏅 Kyrie Tubby — 12th
🏅 Kolvin Isaac — 17th
🏅 Jzahn Conrad — 34th

Their combined effort earned the boys a well-deserved 3rd place team finish! 🥉

We are incredibly proud of every runner who competed today. These results are a reflection of the hard work, dedication, perseverance, and teamwork this team puts in every day. Keep pushing, keep believing, and keep representing Choctaw Central with pride!

Congratulations to the CCHS Mighty Warriors on their win during their first-ever game on Friday, August 20, 2026, at the new Warrior Stadium!!!

The Warriors defeated the Newton Tigers, 48-8.

Thanks to the great crowd that came out and showed their support. Also, thanks to Tribal Chief Cyrus Ben and the Tribal Administration for the tailgate and the fireworks show.

Next up is the Battle of Nations game, to be played in Cherokee, North Carolina on Friday, September 4th. Good luck!

Tomorrow night, history will be made at Choctaw Central!

For the first time ever, the Choctaw Central Warriors will take the field for a home football game at the New Warrior Stadium as we welcome the Newton Tigers. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM!

We want the entire Warrior community to come out and be part of this historic night.

Tribal Elders (57+) receive FREE entry - must present ID. Choctaw Tribal School staff receive FREE entry with their badge, CTS students receive FREE entry, and there will be FREE POPCORN for everyone!

Come early, fill the stands, and help us create an atmosphere worthy of the very first game at our new home.
