SHOOT TIMES

🏹 $25 without equipment (rent a bow from us)
🏹 $20 with equipment (bring your own bow)

OPEN PRACTICE

Saw this on Instagram & tried searching “medieval archer lego”.

Found various individual pieces & sets on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and of course LEGO.com. It looks like the larger sets on Amazon/LEGO.com are $180-$400.

There was a medieval blacksmith set, knight’s castle set, etc. Super cool!!!

Did you know that the National Training System (NTS) was developed by the U.S. Olympic archery coach to increase repeatability of shooting form and decrease the change of injury by considering the biomechanics of shooting? 🏹

It has been refined over the years with the current version consisting of 11 separate steps!
