If someone came to me and said, “I want a well rounded leg day that’s gonna kick my ass, I have no injuries, and I’ve been lifting for 3 years”—this is what I would put them through. We would play around with reps, sets, volume, rest, maybe throw a dropset in there at the end—but this would be the base. There are many different combinations and exercises you can put in a leg day—but this is probably my favorite👻
