Happy Mother’s Day from PPR Baseball! ⚾️💐

Today we celebrate all of the amazing moms, grandmoms, guardians, and mother figures who spend countless hours at practices, games, snack stands, and everywhere in between supporting our players all season long. Your dedication does not go unnoticed, and our league would not be possible without you.

And if your child has a game today… we apologize in advance 😅 Make sure someone takes you out for lunch after the game!

*PPR Baseball Rules Update*

After our recent Directors Meeting, there were two outstanding discussion points that required further review. The committee met following the meeting and has decided on the following rules for the upcoming season:

Pitching Limits
⚾ 8U – 12U:
Pitchers may pitch a maximum of 3 innings per game.
One pitch constitutes an inning.
⚾ 14U:
Pitchers may pitch a maximum of 4 innings per game.
One pitch constitutes an inning.
⚾ 17U:
No pitching limit.
Note: Pitching limits are waived for extra-inning playoff games.

Run Rule (Pilot Program)
⚾ 8U Minor:
A 5-run per inning limit will be implemented as a trial this season.

Note: If the rule proves beneficial for gameplay and development, the committee will consider expanding it to 8U Major and 10U divisions in the future.

We appreciate everyone’s continued cooperation as we work to create a fair, competitive, and development-focused environment for our players.
