Former Saint Joseph's University Rugby star Matt Lydon has recently started up Yunk Fit Boxing Club - YFBC (more active as yunkfitboxingclub on instagram) so make sure to check them out and do some classes if you're looking to get in shape and/or improve your boxing skills!
