Protein is the πŸ‘‘ Macronutrients for fat loss.
It helps with:
- A faster metabolism
- Feeling fuller after meals
- Recovering better from your training
- & retaining lean muscle while in a deficit
So, instead of thinking I β€œneed” to eat less carbs, sugar, or fat, try to focus on eating more protein.
For most, landing somewhere between .8-1.2 grams of protein per lb of lean body mass will be enough and make a massive difference.
