I truly believe that most relationships fail because they don't take enough time BEFORE they get into a relationship to think about what it is they REALLY want.

What if I told you that 2hrs of planning would help you manifest a dream relationship within 2 months..

Would you do it?

THIS has ACTUALLY happened for so many people 

How many more weeks, months, years do you want to waste “hoping” it will be the next one?

👩🏼‍🎓 Make a PLAN (adopted from Tony Robbins):

▪️ WRITE down ALL of the things you want out of a relationship. (Circle your MUSTs)

▪️ WRITE down EVERYTHING you DON'T want in a relationship. (Circle your ABSOLUTE NOs)

▪️ Look at both lists, any contradictions? (DECIDE what matters most)

▪️ WRITE a separate list of your MUSTs and ABSOLUTES. (Think of how it would feel to have that person in your life)

✨ NOW, Who do you have to become to attract a person like that?

(THIS is YOUR PLAN)

What if I told you that person EXISTS and was just waiting for you to feel WORTHY of their love?

You are WORTHY

THEY are Waiting 

What are you willing to give up to have everything you ever wanted?

I have always prided myself in seeing the BEST in people and wanting the best for them; however,

most people are perfectly fine with being exactly who they are. 

This is not a judgement.

This is a FACT.

The BEST THING you can do for people, is let them be who they are.

If they do something that makes you think 

“with enough time spent with me, that will change”

KNOW that it WON'T.

Yes, they “love” you and say they “need” you…but true love doesn't hurt.

When you're dating someone who shows you a side of themselves that 

“just doesn't sit right” with you

RUN!! 

Yes, they have great qualities and check so many boxes…but why do their actions make you feel a little queezy?

Because they're not good for you.

Trust your body. 

Believe it the first time.

There are men who WILL make you feel good ALL of the time.

Truly.

Want More because MORE WANTS YOU!

It's just waiting for you to feel worthy of it.

And, you are…worth it.

Break the CYCLE.

Think about it like this.. 

When you're completely focused on one task and thoughts flow to you easily, like a tree standing firm on the earth connected to life's resources, you're grounded 🌳

When you feel like you're “all over the place” and your thoughts keep jumping from one thing to the next, like a wind that keeps changing directions, you're not grounded 🌬️

Which would you rather be?

This is what people mean when they say they need to “ground”

When you think of the word “ground,” you think of “earth” which people use to feel the most grounded. Get it?

So, practices such as these:

✨ Walking barefoot in the grass
✨ Being in nature
✨ Wearing stone jewelry
✨ Swimming in the ocean 
✨ Cuddling close to a fire 
(basically, any interaction the earth 🌎)

are the easiest and most effective ways to ground 

However, you can also:

✨ Read
✨ Journal
✨ Use breath work
✨ Spend time with a loved one
(intentionally focus on one thing)

to calm your mind down and feel grounded 

So next time you feel your thoughts racing and you're not getting anywhere, GROUND using one of these techniques.

👩🏼‍🎓 As a busy professional, it's not always easy to find time for yourself, but I've found that a

✨Quick Energy Reset✨ sets a positive tone throughout my day.

Here's what I do..

▪️Say ALOUD 5-10 things for which you are GRATEFUL. Be sure this doesn't include false positives (i.e. I'm grateful I DON'T have to work today). It can be as simple as "I'm grateful for clean water to drink."

▪️3 Rounds of Box BREATHING & Visualization. Breathe in for 5 seconds (filling up with white light). Hold for 5 seconds (feeling the light expand). Breathe out for 5 seconds (releasing all tension). Hold empty for 5. Repeat 3x.

▪️ VISUALIZE the best possible scenario for everything you have to accomplish for the day. For example, no traffic on your drive, boss is in a good mood, calls work out in your favor, your kids say thank you and actually eat what you cook for them (maybe that's just me lol)

All of this can be done in less than 15 minutes. I would even suggest SETTING A TIMER to make sure you don't go over this time so you can really focus on your visuals.

Do this for 7 DAYS and FEEL THE DIFFERENCE in how you move throughout your week.
