Another Open Practice is scheduled for this Sunday for those not able to make it yesterday!

Yesterday was hot but the girls did great! We got to celebrate a birthday after practice and got great feedback from parents!

Some frequently asked questions:

🦊How much travel? There’s enough tournaments being held locally that we do not have to travel off far unless we want to! Most tournaments would be between Richmond and Roanoke.

🦊What is the cost? The player is responsible for covering the cost of their jersey. All sanction fees, insurance, and tournament fees would be split between all players. If we decide to travel farther (team decision), then the player would be responsible for their own travel expenses.

🦊Practice? We want to have time to teach fundamentals and build on skills and be confident as a team! That means we need to practice. Practice would be two days a week or maybe three the week before a tournament.

If you are interested in 8U or 12U, let us know. We can schedule Open Practices at a later date.

What do you need for Open Practice?

1. Softball attire. No shorts. Wear a jersey with your name on the back to be easily identified.
2. Sliding shorts under your pants if you have them. You will be sliding.
3. Bat, glove, face mask, helmet
4. Sunglasses if needed
5. Water bottle

Concessions will be open.
