Hey everyone long time no posts. For those who don’t know I’m the new match director for steel challenge, Garry Chickery. We are having the first match of 2026. I’ve included the link to register ( don’t mind it says nov 25, it’s the newest link). Hope to see yall out there.

EAST ALABAMA GUN CLUB will have the Steel Challenge match on Saturday, July 26th. Shooters meeting at 10am EASTERN TIME. The gates will be open at 9:00am EASTERN.

We will shoot 5 Classifiers, including Accelerator, Showdown, Smoke and Hope, Pendulum and Speed Option
Fees are $20 for EAGC members and $25 for Non-Members. $5 each for each additional gun. 2 guns are always allowed, and a 3d gun is OK if we do not have too many shooters.

Notice - Because of credit card charges, etc, you will no longer be able to charge the match in the Pro Shop at the range. The closest ATM is 2 miles away......BRING CASH.

Please Pre-Register, we really judge if the match is a go, based on registration. SQUADDING is Online.

Right now I am going to plan for Setup at 9AM on Saturday. If you can help. Could use a maybe 3-5 people for setup, Saturday Morning. Email me if you can help. [email protected]
