🔊 Making noise when you lift — grunts, loud exhales, dropping weights. Your body is working hard. Sound is part of the deal.

💧 Sweating through your clothes — it means you showed up and gave effort. That's literally the whole point.

🤔 Not knowing how a machine works — every regular was once a beginner staring at the same machine. Ask. Look it up. No shame.
