Tough Times Makes Tough People!

The month of February has finally begun and our goals are near in sight! Today’s workout focused on functional body building that would leave your muscles crying!

If you got a pair of dumbbells then try this one out!

MONDAY LEG DAY!

Awesome Job from the A.M. Crew! Wasn’t able to get a picture of everyone but Y’all KILLED IT!

Today’s main focus was based upon learning how to Sn**ch (either with a dumbbell or barbell) and manipulate some Heavy Weight! The time frame for all of this was roughly between 10-20 seconds of just pure strength and speed! Here’s what was done today:

5 sets
Back squat x 1 @85% of heaviest
DB Box Jump x 4
Sled Push (HEAVY) x 25 meters

The main thing was moving fast and get jumping high for the needed time frame, so if you are looking to try it out stop on by!

Awesome Job from the Morning Crew!

Today’s Work Capacity called for Front Squats, Rope Climbs and Slam balls. These pictures show that there is versatility in all movements! The front squats were adjusted to Goblet squats (a kettle bell held in front of the body) and the rope climb was adjusted to a Neutral Grip Vertical Pulling Exercise (grounded ascents on the rope, or neutral grip banded pull down).

Much of what we do is focused around Training Smart and Training Hard to make sure your goals are met! So, if you are looking for a sign to start then this is it! Stop by and see what we’re all about! Message us if you have any questions!

We are back people! After a long time waiting we are opening our doors back up with a new name, new style of training and more space! If you are ready to show up and throw down then stop on by Monday at either of these times!

5 a.m. - 6 a.m.
6 a.m. - 7 a.m.
5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
