The Facility "Rio Grande Valley" Head Coach has a BS in Exercise Science and is a Decorated Athlete.
100$ monthly payment for 16 sessions a month. Strength & Conditioning for ALL SPORTS.

Sessions are
Sunday-Wednesday
6-7, 7-8, 8-9, 9-10pm
