Altius Fencing Academy

Altius Fencing Academy is a foil fencing school working to bring competitive fencing to the austin area.

We work with athletes as young as 6 to as old as 80 and meet them where they're at from true beginner to olympic aspiring We are a fencing academy dedicated to the long-term development of our athletes as both people and competitors. Our environment is built on the belief that the strip is a training ground for life, where resilience, discipline, and adaptability are discovered through pursuing excellence with a team of people all sharing a passion.

📣Podium energy at the Fortune SYC this past weekend!

Big congrats to all of our athletes who traveled and competed at one of the biggest SYCs of the season!

🏅Huge 6th place result from Alan Tan, grabbing his first SYC Top 8 finish in Y12 MF

Always a lot to learn coming home from a big event. Time to get ready for the final few events of the season and make a push for Summer Nationals!

Chuck just became the first Altius fencer to medal at a national tournament — and we couldn't be prouder. He brings incredible energy to the team and the strip every single time he shows up.
