🔥 MEET THE TEAM – DYLAN LEE 🔥
Hitting Instructor at our Austin location
A local product, Dylan played 4 years of varsity baseball at Hutto High School, where he played every position on the field — giving him a unique understanding of the game from all angles. He continued his playing career at McMurry University in Abilene, where he spent three years as a middle infielder/catcher and earned All-Conference honors.
Dylan brings a strong background in player development, including two years coaching with the Texas Angels Select Club and three years working in player development with the Abilene Flying Bison summer collegiate team.
His coaching approach combines new-school analytics with a strong foundation of mechanics, helping athletes develop their skills, baseball IQ, and overall athleticism. Most notably, Dylan has worked with 250+ college athletes, with roughly half going on to transfer to a higher level of college baseball. Three of those athletes were drafted in the 2025–26 MLB Drafts.
