Maria is finishing up just about 30 days with Peytne and has made loads of progress. She hauls great, stands quietly to be saddled, loves bathes, lives in a herd setting with the mare herd, is not spooky, and is pretty to look at.
Maria is a bit forward in the arena but has no issues walking on a loose rein, she just needs a bit more help becoming balanced in her transitions and we think she will become very easy.
She trail rides great and we will get videos soon next time we haul out there. She has been hauled to other arenas and doesn't bat an eye at anything.
As of right now Maria is not beginner friendly, I would put her at a intermediate rider that wants to help a young horse along, and although one of our youths rides her we would only sell her to an older handy youth. We would love to see this girl get placed with someone that is in need of a nice, young trail horse on a budget that wants a friend to love on. Maria is NOT a broodmare prospect at this time but can be in the future.
