I hope you take moments today to breathe deep and live right here in this moment ☺️🤍

We could be in the most beautiful place and be surrounded by everyone we love yet so easily exist in our heads, not being in the moment. Going in to nature reminds me of the peace that can be available if I practice shifting my focus to what’s right in front of me.

For most of my fitness journey, fitness was such a serious thing! I was tracking everything, chasing a certain physique or PR and wanting everything to be perfect.
