The Birkie....the largest Nordic ski race in the country happens right here in northern Wisconsin. The 2020 Birkie took place this past weekend and offered outstanding conditions for endurance ski racing.

Congratulations to WIsconsin Multisport’s Berry Rohling, Pete Reinhard, Brad Dettman, Scott Rice and Rick Flayter on their outstanding races.

Pete Reinhard coming out of the blocks on the 42k. Pace at the onset of the race was fast through the hilliest and most technical portions- managing an impressive sub one hour first 15k.

Pristine conditions at Minocqua Winter Park for the Wolftracks Rendezvous in Minocqua, WI. Pete Reinhard tackled the 42k skate finishing 6th in his age group. Ryan Barbieri represented in the 24k skate taking 4th in his age group.
