Yule Lift runs October 31st through December 17th. You CAN commit to 7 weeks of exercise and nutrition!
💪 There are a few registration options:
👜What is included with your $200 registration fee ?
🎄 Three books (actual bound books😜) - The Yule Lift Journal, a nutrition journal and recipe book that includes a meal plan
🎄7 weeks of workouts for you to do as your schedule allows with minimal equipment
🎄Demos of all exercises through the easy-to-use Band App
🎄Access to me for support, questions, form pointers and whatever you need from your virtual trainer😍
🎄Membership in the YULE LIFT and nutrition private FB groups for fun, community, support and motivation
🎄Access to my virtual studio IRON FITNESS VIRTUAL TRIBE for live/recorded cardio, Barre, Strenth Training, and Step classes
👜What is included with a $150 registration fee?
🎄Everything listed above except the nutrition books (because some already have the books for that part of the program)
👜What is included with a $100 registration/just nutrition portion fee?
🎄 Nutrition Journal and recipe book
🎄Access to our FB community just for nutrition
👜What is included with a $400 registration?
🎄Everything listed above in the $200 registration option, AND
🎄PERSONALIZED and DAILY support from me and additional overall wellness coaching
FAQs -
❓What equipment do I need?
If you have access to a gym you will be all set. If you have some dumbbells, a stability ball, and handled tubes at home you will be good to go.
❓How many days per week do we workout with YULE LIFT?
That is up to you and your goals. I am happy to discuss. Generally speaking, a minimum of three strength training days and you can add on your own cardio or other classes. I wouldn't recommend more than 6 days per week. Give yourself at least one rest day.
❓What is the Iron Fitness community like?
In one word: AMAZING. You will not find a more supportive and fun group of women who really, really, really want to see YOU succeed.
❓I don't know you, Natalie. What makes you qualified to run this program?
I am certified as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, wellness coach, and fitness nutrition specialist. I have been in love with exercise for over 25 years and started teaching classes when I was 22. I have owned my own fitness studio for 5 years (now it is virtual), prepped and competed in a physique competition and have worked with over 150 women in their quest to change their body composition by running these types of programs since 2015. This is my passion.
❓Nutrition - Will we be counting calories/macros?
We can have a one on one discussion about this. The answer depends SO much on you, your goals and your mindset about food. I am moving away from counting and more towards making consistent and healthy choices and maintaining a good balance.
