Not a day goes by that we don’t think about Marv!! Especially today the 17th on his birthday!
- To the guy who never wasted a minute of the day.
- To the guy who found ways to make time to fish, hunt, shoot and more without finding reasons not to.
-To the man who created and built Ag Supply thru hours of hard work and determination.
To the man of all seasons: The new year would ring in a couple months of ice fishing, pheasant hunting and an occasional yotee!!
The Spring season would bring gobbler hunting, carp fishing with sweet corn, crappies when the cotton flys, and bluegills on their spawning beds.
The summer brought bass, walleye and perch. And over a quarter century of Thursday night trap shooting along with a lotta B.S! LoL
September was the month of the turtle dove.
October was the prairie chicken and duck. And on the right day a turkey, carp or crappie in the Beaver valley.
November was when the “story telling “ got REAL! Deer season in Nebraska!!
And December gave Marv just enough time to catch his breath to get ready to start a new year all over again!!
Here’s to all the people Marv touched and mentored in his life. There are so many out there that picked up those numerous “bad habits” like fishing, hunting, shooting and just about everything outdoors that make all wives just shake their heads!!
You know Marv is grinning right now!!
Small in stature Giant at heart!!
We all lost a good guy this past year. But his memory and legacy will never die!!

And so the Sunday "sun" sets on the 2018 Nebraska deer season!! Here's to the memories made, the gathering of friends and acquaintances, the "thrill of victory " and "the agony of defeat"! To the 30 pointers that live to see another day! From "first bucks" to "monster bucks"! To 9 of the finest days "Mother Nature " has to offer in the state of Nebraska! Always "cherish" the memories that often last a "lifetime " shared by many during this great fall season! Saved a few of the best for last! Thanks to all and Happy Holidays!🎆
