Fall Sports Registration is Open
Family ID is open for High School and Middle School fall sports registration: https://www.ptsd.k12.pa.us/PreSeasonInfo.aspx
In order to participate in the 2026 – 2027 fall sports season all athletes must be registered on Family ID/Arbiter and upload a copy of Sections 6 (health history) & 7 (sports physical) of the PIAA CIPPE packet (see information & forms on the PTSD website under athletics - https://www.ptsd.k12.pa.us/PreSeasonInfo.aspx.) All physicals submitted must be dated no earlier than May 1, 2026. All forms must be submitted (uploaded) prior to the start of the season.
ATHLETIC FEE
Athletic fees (check or money order only – no cash) along with the fee form are due before the first practice date. No uniform or gear will be handed out until the athletic fee is submitted. Check or Money Order along with the fee form (https://www.ptsd.k12.pa.us/PreSeasonInfo.aspx) must be submitted to the Athletic Office at the High School (121 Rolling Hills Dr.)

CONCUSSION BASELINE TESTING
Concussion baseline testing is required for all athletes, grades 7 – 12, and must be updated every 2 years. This test is free to the athlete if done through our athletic trainers. If an athlete chooses to have this done through an outside agency, a copy of the test must be uploaded into Family ID prior to the start of the season.
For athletes that need an updated concussion baseline test, athletic trainers are currently offering baseline tests on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9-11am, through June and July in the high school LGI 313.
