Essential Handgun Fundamentals, with Brad Gaudet

Sunday March 25 2018 in the indoor range, Peterborough Sportsmen’s Club. 8:30-4:30pm
$125 club members/$150 non-members

This class is designed for the novice to intermediate shooter.
Students must be safety conscious with muzzle control.

Course: This class will cover safety, medical plan, proper shooting fundamentals, grip, recoil control, stance,sight alignment &sight picture, trigger control, achieving accuracy consistently, reloads, timed skill drills, malfunction’s, with discussions on CCW lifestyle and mindset.

Equipment: 500 rounds minimum. A functional handgun(s) chambered in .380,9mm,.40, or 45
A strong side holster and magazine carrier. At least 3 magazines (6 for single stack)
Eye and ear protection
A medical kit and tourniquet (recommended, not required)

Starting Sunday February 18th, the “Action Pistol Shoot” will begin once again, every third Sunday of the month (weather permitting) on the outdoor pistol range.
8:30-11am $5 member $10 non-member

This is an informal, IDPA style course of fire. We keep score for fun in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

Pistol Skill Builder Clinic - Dec 3rd

On Target Training's, Pistol Skill Builder Clinic is designed to enhance defensive handgun skills.

Fee is $100 for Club members $150 non-members. Skill Level: Intermediate.

Held on the indoor range at PSC. Estimated 500+ rounds. Topics Covered: Presentations from the holster, BSA Drills, Verbal commands, Low Light Drills (bring a flashlight), Reloading, Movement Much more ! The Indoor Range we use for this clinic has an unheated section that is pretty cold, please dress appropriately. 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
