It didn’t take long for “Be Brave!” to grow into something even bigger—“Trust your spotter!” Watching these gymnasts face fears, take a deep breath, and put their trust in the process has been incredible. Every brave attempt builds confidence, and every success starts with taking that first step.

Today was one of those days that’s both happy and incredibly hard. We said goodbye to Kinley as she finished her last practice before moving away.

Watching you grow as a gymnast has been a privilege, but watching you grow into the kind, determined, and caring person you are has meant even more. You have been such a special part of our gym family, and your smile, encouragement, and spirit will be missed more than words can say.

While we’re heartbroken to see you go, we’re so excited for everything that lies ahead. No matter where life takes you, we’ll always be cheering you on and will always be proud to have been part of your journey.

We love you, Kinley. You’ll always have a home at Monadnock Gymnastics Center. 💜

I added a part to our beam workouts that I’m calling Bravery Time! At first, the girls aren’t always excited about it, but once they face something they’ve been nervous to try, everything changes. Their confidence grows, their smiles get bigger, and suddenly they’re asking to go again! There’s nothing better than watching them discover just how brave they really are. 💪✨

Today marks Coach Ethan's last day at MGC. 💙

It's a bittersweet moment for all of us as we say goodbye and cheer him on as he heads to Las Vegas to pursue an incredible opportunity—a professional career in the circus. While we're sad to see him go, we truly can't think of anyone more deserving or better suited for this adventure.

Ethan's impact on MGC has been extraordinary. He didn't just lead our Ninja program; he helped build it into something truly special. What started as a small recreational program grew into a competitive team, with our Ninja athletes qualifying for Worlds two years in a row. That success is a direct reflection of Ethan's passion, dedication, and belief in every athlete he coached.

His creativity didn't stop there. Ethan also brought our Adult Gymnastics program to life, giving so many people the chance to discover that it's never too late to learn something new.

Behind the scenes, Ethan has been so much more than a coach. He's been the person fixing things, solving problems, taking on projects, and helping keep this gym running day after day. He's been an incredible teammate and someone who cared for MGC as if it were his own.

Ethan, thank you for everything you've poured into this gym, our athletes, our families, and our staff. Your impact will be felt for years to come, and we're so excited to watch you shine in this next chapter.
