The Latosa Concepts seminar is being repeated on Saturday, May 31st from 11:30 to 1:30. The format will be similar to the last time, with some modifications. If you missed it last time or wish to deepen your knowledge of what you were exposed to before, you will improve your overall martial arts skills. We will have a special guest, Mr. Curley, owner of The Budo Academy in Santa Rosa, as a participant and co-instructor. Together we will pass on the unique and highly effective concepts from a true Master of weapons and empty hands. As Mr. Latosa always said, "Leave your ego & your previous knowledge at home & let these concepts & skills enhance what you already know".
This class is open to all levels. It will challenge and inspire you!
