Challenge yourself and honor our veterans this Memorial Day weekend at Luma Fitness with a special Murph workout led by local Navy SEAL veterans!

This will be a challenging but meaningful workout performed nationwide to honor fallen heroes.
And don't worry, modifications are available for ALL fitness levels!

❤️ COMMUNITY SUPPORT NEEDED ❤️

The Howe family—Trevor, Lenee, Peyton, and 13-year-old Bailey—are facing an unexpected challenge.

Bailey is an incredible athlete who shines in soccer and lacrosse. She was recently diagnosed with an arteriovenous malformation (AVM) requiring brain surgery on May 6.

Bailey's keeping her amazing spirit and can't wait to get back to the sports she loves! 💪 ⚽️ 🥍

We've set up a GoFundMe to help with medical expenses, travel costs, and other unexpected needs during this challenging time.
