Carrie Wickman-Dorn Coaching

Carrie Wickman-Dorn Coaching Career & life coach. Helping people craft careers aligned with their values. I coach at the intersection of work and life.

As a certified Co-Active Coach, I offer a personalized, warm, compassionate partnership with you to uncover and empower your most authentic and fulfilling version of yourself. My role as your coach is to be your trusted confidante close at your side, who empowers you to stay honest and courageous as we explore the inner terrain of your psyche and untangle the beliefs and patterns that have been keeping you stuck. Together we will realign your life with your core values and authentic self. If you're considering coaching, we might be a great fit if you:
- feel lost in your career
- are at a turning point in your life (eg: job loss, divorce, a move, becoming a parent)
- know what you don't want, but don't know what you DO want
- want to create happier, healthier relationships in your life
- find yourself questioning the status quo, and want to become more confident
- want more purpose, belonging and meaning in your life

So, whatever it is that brought you to look into coaching - whether it's a career transition, a relationship transition, to change habits or behaviors that no longer serve you, or to explore that inner nagging sensation that something is missing in your life - I would love to hear from you.

This morning brought another amazing group together at Grand Central Petaluma for some anti-networking, laughter, and conversations about being human in a constantly changing world.

We talked about what it’s like to have a multi-career life. To change careers, pivot, start over, follow a new direction, or simply find yourself in a season where you’re constantly adjusting to what’s happening both outside of you and within you.

One thing that really stuck with me was the idea of listening to your heart. It sounds simple, but it can be surprisingly hard to do.

We also talked about how it’s okay to have a “jobby job.” To have multiple streams of income. To have side hustles. To not have every single thing you do be connected to your passion or purpose.

Maybe a career is more like a patchwork quilt. A collection of experiences, jobs, interests, side projects, and unexpected turns that keeps evolving as we do.

And I think that’s part of what makes ANNC so special. We’re a group of people trying to figure out how to build lives that are full and meaningful while also figuring out how to sustain ourselves along the way.

There is no one right path. Just a bunch of interesting humans sharing the journey and trying to make something good out of it. 💛

Today marked 2 years of the Anti-Networking Networking Club! 🥳💛

We celebrated with a sweet group this morning, welcomed a new face to the community, and took some time to reflect on what ANNC has meant to each of us over the past two years.

The answers were so heartwarming.

People shared stories of finding business collaborators, new friendships, hiking buddies, creative inspiration, and a true sense of community. But the biggest theme of all was this:

ANNC is a place where you don’t have to wear a “professional mask.”

You can simply show up as yourself. Quirks, hobbies, big dreams, uncertainty, laughter, and all.

That has always been my hope for this little community, and hearing those reflections today meant more than I can say.

Thank you to everyone who has shown up over the last two years and helped make ANNC what it is. Here’s to many more mornings of coffee, conversation, and authentic connection. ☕🌿

May ANNC is almost here ☕🌿✨

Join us for our next Anti-Networking Networking Club gathering:

📍 Grand Central Petaluma
🗓 Thursday, May 28, 2026
⏰ 10:00–11:30am

As always, this is a relaxed, no-pressure space to connect with fellow humans without the usual networking awkwardness. No stiff elevator pitches required. Just show up as yourself.

And this month we have a little something extra…

✨ Post-event tarot readings with Manjula Pereira beginning at 11:30am!

Manjula is a tarot reader and transformational coach with 24 years of experience helping people find greater clarity, alignment, and peace. She’ll be offering mini one-card readings on topics like career, relationships, business, love, and more as a thoughtful way to close out the morning.

What a morning ☀️

We gathered outside in the sunshine for both Sara Cohen’s () early session and our ANNC meetup, which made everything feel even more relaxed and energizing.

Sara’s talk was both practical and inspiring. She helped us find clarity in the chaos of our minds, especially when it comes to juggling life and business as humans who are doing a lot.

From there, the conversation flowed as usual. We shared what’s been lighting us up lately, including spontaneous dance sessions (yes, we tried it on the spot), ways we help our nervous systems reset and relax, and a surprisingly passionate deep dive into batch cooking. Turns out many of us are very over the daily “what’s for dinner” question 😂

If a more relaxed, personal, and actually fun way of connecting sounds appealing, come join us next month. Sign up for my newsletter to get the details.

And if you want more of this kind of community in your life, you can become an ANNC member for as little as $5 a month. It’s a space for real connection and a place where you can share your passions, ideas, or even host something like Sara did today. (Link in bio✨)

March ANNC is coming! ☕✨ Thursday 3/19/26, 10–11:30am at Grand Central Petaluma

This month we are shaking things up a bit. Arrive early at 9:15am if you want a sneak peek at clarity in action with ANNC member Dr. Sara Cohen.

She will share “Enough. Stop Carrying It All” and do a live hot seat so you can see how she helps leaders stop juggling everything in their head and build systems that actually work. Bring a real challenge if you want and leave with fresh perspective.

Then stick around for coffee, laughs, and the usual anti-networking magic.
