Petal Middle School football has seen a lot of growth over the last six weeks. Our team average bench press max has increased by 16 lbs, squat max has increased by 24 lbs, along with growth in our speed and agility benchmarks.

However, the gains have gone far beyond these numbers. We are seeing players gain confidence, encouraging one another, and learning how commitment and consistency can pay off.

We couldn’t be prouder of the dedication, grit, and determination of these guys. Now let’s keep going!
