Thank you to all of the players, coaches, families, volunteers, umpires, and fans who helped make our first day a success!

Tomorrow, we’ll kick things off with our Team Breakfast before the action begins on the field.

WOW!! What an incredible night celebrating the 40th Anniversary Opening Ceremonies of the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament!

From the Parade of Teams to the Challenger League game, it was a truly unforgettable evening. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us and help kick off this special milestone tournament!

Now… it’s GAME DAY! ⚾️

The 40th Anniversary Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament is finally here!

Join us tonight at Washington Park for our Opening Ceremonies, beginning at 6:00 PM.

🏆 Special Recognition Ceremony
💙 Illinois District 20 Challenger League Game

⚾️ 1 DAY TO GO! ⚾️

Tomorrow marks the start of the 40th Anniversary of the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament, and one of the most special moments of Opening Ceremonies is something you won’t want to miss.

💙 Our District 20 Challenger League takes the field!

The Challenger League provides children and adults with special needs the opportunity to experience the joy of playing baseball and softball in a fun, supportive environment.

One of the most heartwarming traditions of our tournament is when players from the participating Senior League teams volunteer to be “buddies,” helping Challenger athletes on the field. The smiles, laughter, and memories created during this game are truly unforgettable.

It’s a powerful reminder of what Little League is all about—sportsmanship, inclusion, friendship, and community.

❤️🤍💙 We invite everyone to arrive early, stay for Opening Ceremonies, and cheer on these incredible athletes. It is guaranteed to be one of the most inspiring moments of the entire tournament.

The countdown continues—just 2 days until the 40th Anniversary Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament begins!

Events like this don’t happen without an incredible team of volunteers who dedicate countless hours behind the scenes to make everything possible.

Today, we’d like to recognize and thank the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament Committee. Your hard work, planning, and dedication throughout the year are what make this tournament such a success. We are truly grateful for everything you do!

We also want to give a special shoutout to our amazing grounds crew. They work tirelessly each day to prepare and maintain the field, ensuring it’s ready for the players to compete at the highest level. Their efforts often go unnoticed, but they are absolutely essential to this tournament.

If you see our grounds crew throughout the week, they’ll be easy to spot in their hot pink shirts—please take a moment to say thank you for everything they do!

The countdown is on—we’re just 3 days away from the Central Region Senior League Baseball Tournament!

One of the highlights of tournament week is our Team Breakfast, where players, coaches, and families have the opportunity to come together, enjoy a great meal, and build friendships before the competition begins. It’s a tradition that helps make this tournament so special.

A huge thank you to Stone Jug Barbecue, one of our incredible tournament sponsors, for catering this year’s breakfast! Their amazing food is sure to make it a morning to remember.
