The Princeton Women’s Rugby Team will be hosting a skills clinic for SO Athletes.

Location: West Windsor Rugby Fields - 300 Washington Rd, Princeton, NJ 08540

Agenda:
5pm - introductions! Pass around the rugby ball and say your name and a fun fact
5:10pm - passing demonstration
5:15pm- 5:30pm - 3 step passing sequence
5:30pm - 5:35pm - water break
5:35pm - 6pm - games!
These games will involve running and passing. One game that will be played is a multidirectional passing game, called the banking game. The athletes will be split into two separate teams and the goal is to get as many passes as possible before getting tagged by the other team. The more passes you get, the more points you get!
