TODAY FILLED OUR HEARTS TO THE BRIM!
Today at our cardio drumming class in Festus, we were greeted with so much excitement & joy that it was honestly overwhelming in the BEST possible way.
The welcome we received overflowed our hearts with gratitude. What an incredible group of people—and what an amazing staff!

Aspiring Solutions is doing something truly special. They create opportunities, connection, confidence, laughter, and JOY—and we are so incredibly grateful that Volansky Health & Fitness gets to be a small part of it.

Today was an awesome reminder that sometimes the people you think you're there to help are actually the ones who give YOU so much more in return.

The smiles. The laughter. The energy. The connections. This is what it's all about.

Setback to Comeback.
After a serious hip injury led to a total hip replacement, Mike could have easily given up. Instead, he kept showing up and consistently did what it took to rebuild himself.

He went from 280 pounds to 219 pounds—a total loss of 61 pounds! But this journey was about much more than the number on the scale.

He regained his strength, cut the body fat, preserved his muscle, and proved that a setback does not have to become the end of your story.

Recovery wasn’t always easy, and progress didn’t happen overnight. But he never made excuses. He stayed focused, trusted the process, and refused to quit.

Strength isn’t just what you can lift—it’s the determination to keep moving forward when life knocks you down.

Proud of you, bro. Your comeback is an inspiration and proof that consistency, discipline, and heart can overcome almost anything.

Exercise is so much more than burning calories—it's about improving quality of life.
Cardio drumming is an incredible way to get the body moving while strengthening coordination, balance, memory, focus, rhythm, and overall cardiovascular health.
One of the most rewarding parts has been watching this amazing group grow each week. They've built a level of trust that has allowed them to step outside their comfort zones, let their personalities shine, and simply be themselves without fear of judgment.
We are so grateful to be part of such a wonderful organization that's changing lives—one beat, one smile, and one workout at a time. Great work thus week! 👊

48 pounds down. 7.25 inches off his waist. 8.3% body fat gone. 34.3 pounds of fat lost.

Jasons numbers are impressive, but they don't tell the whole story.

Twelve weeks ago, Jason made the decision to stop negotiating with himself. He stopped waiting for the perfect time, stopped relying on motivation, and started doing the work. There were tough days, busy days, and days he didn't feel like it—but he showed up anyway.

This transformation wasn't built in the gym alone. It was built through hundreds of choices nobody saw: choosing the meal plan, getting the workouts done, staying consistent when the excitement wore off, and refusing to quit when progress felt slow.

The weight came off because Jason became someone who was willing to do what most people won't. The scale changed because his habits changed.

Proud of what he accomplished over these last 12 weeks, but even more excited about what's ahead. This is more than a transformation—it's proof of what's possible when you commit and follow through.
