‼️FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS – ATHLETES ‼️

Taylor County High School in community partnership with Doctors' Memorial Hospital are jointly excited to offer FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes!

Thank you DMH Administrators, Providers, Medical Personnel, and Support Staff for continuing to selflessly serve and give back to the community!

Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
📍 Location: TCHS Gymnasium
⏰ Time: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM

*A parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of the physical.

💥 New State Law: EKG REQUIRED 💥
The non-profit organization “Who We Play For” will be conducting the EKG portion of the physicals.
For this part you must REGISTER on their site AHEAD OF TIME! Scan the QR code on the flyer for the link.

✅ IMPORTANT DETAILS:
*Physical packets with all required FHSSA & School forms will be available for pickup starting Monday, April 20th during school hours. Pick up your packet at the TCHS front attendance window. Paperwork must be completed to get in line on the day of the event.

This is a great opportunity to get cleared for the upcoming season at no cost—don’t miss it!

Thank You to Everyone Who Made This Season Possible

First and foremost, we would like to say thank you to everyone who played a role in supporting our TCHS boys basketball programs this season. This year was truly a season of growth, patience, and dedication, and none of it would have been possible without the incredible support from our community. As the season progressed, our brotherhood grew stronger, and that growth showed both on and off the court.

A sincere thank you to DAWGNATION,
our Administration, and Coach Wentworth for your leadership, guidance, and constant support. Thank you to Pastor Ellis for your leadership support and dedication to our men. Thank you Mrs. Melissa Moody and family, Mrs. Amy Sadler and Mrs. Wendy Parker for capturing every moment. A special thank you to Alan Dodimead for stepping in when needed. Thank you to the bus drivers for safe travels and getting us to our games on time. Thank you to the SROs who worked the door, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our players, fans, and families.

We are grateful to Tristan Edens (Calvary) and Kirah Anderson (Faith), First Assembly of God, Nammo, Cletis Reeves, FCA, and Mr. Bembry for your continued encouragement and investment in our program. Kingdom Culture thank you for your continued dedication and commitment to our mission. Thank you for including us and inviting our team to your local events

Special thanks to Sheila from Pizza Hut and Patrick Atwater from Zaxby’s for your generosity and support. Thank you to our cheerleaders for bringing energy, spirit, and pride to every game.

Mr. Jason Naes, Thank you for everything you have done for both the boys and girls basketball programs. Your dedication, commitment, and belief in our athletes have made a lasting impact that goes far beyond the scoreboard.

This season was about more than wins and losses—it was about building character, unity, and a strong foundation for the future. Thank you all for being part of that journey.
