🏀 Taylor County Bulldogs Team Camps Recap 🏀 !!!

What a tremendous month of June for our Bulldogs Basketball program!

Over the past several weeks, our team had the opportunity to compete against high-level competition at both the FAMU Charlie Ward Team Camp and the Valdosta State Team Camp. These camps provided our players with invaluable experience, exposure, and the chance to test themselves against some of the best teams and athletes.

We as a staff couldn’t be more proud of how our young men represented Taylor County. They competed with toughness, energy, and determination every time they stepped on the floor. More importantly, they grew as a team, learned valuable lessons, and gained confidence that will help us as we continue to build toward the upcoming season.

The wins and losses are important, but the growth, chemistry, and experience gained from competing at this level are what will make the biggest difference moving forward. Our players embraced the challenge and proved they can compete with anyone when they play together and trust the process.

Thank you to our players, parents, and supporters who continue to invest in this program. The future is bright for Taylor County Basketball, and we’re just getting started.

‼️FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS – ATHLETES ‼️

Taylor County High School in community partnership with Doctors' Memorial Hospital are jointly excited to offer FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes!

Thank you DMH Administrators, Providers, Medical Personnel, and Support Staff for continuing to selflessly serve and give back to the community!

Date: Thursday, April 23, 2026
📍 Location: TCHS Gymnasium
⏰ Time: 4:45 PM – 7:00 PM

*A parent or guardian MUST be present at the time of the physical.

💥 New State Law: EKG REQUIRED 💥
The non-profit organization “Who We Play For” will be conducting the EKG portion of the physicals.
For this part you must REGISTER on their site AHEAD OF TIME! Scan the QR code on the flyer for the link.

✅ IMPORTANT DETAILS:
*Physical packets with all required FHSSA & School forms will be available for pickup starting Monday, April 20th during school hours. Pick up your packet at the TCHS front attendance window. Paperwork must be completed to get in line on the day of the event.

This is a great opportunity to get cleared for the upcoming season at no cost—don’t miss it!
