Our next pop-up is on the calendar. 🗓️ This class is certainly going to check the boxes for so many yogis. Supported Yin is designed to create both a deep stretch, benefiting your muscles and fascia while also calming your nervous system and quieting the mind. 🪷 We will use props to create accessible shapes allowing Yin to work its magic on our minds and bodies. Humbled and honored to speak about Yoga and Sacred Self Yoga at the Painesville Rotary Club. Every opportunity to share the positive benefits that yoga has on our bodies, minds and communities is a privilege. This group was absolutely stellar. Their commitment to positive action was evident in every conversation had that afternoon. The quick session of chair yoga was just an added bonus. Thank you again Painesville Rotary.

This past Monday’s class was so beautiful we’re doing it again Monday April 20 at 6pm. By design this class will be a bit gentler, cultivating a peace and stillness within. That’s not to say the practice won’t be challenging our mind, bodies and souls but a different challenge than that of intense physical work through the poses.
